The workshops will be held in Sydney, facilitated by highly experienced Australian and US-based subject matter experts, and aimed at tech-enabled Australian startups who are keen to understand the US market.
The workshops are a standalone program, and completion of this program is a pre-requisite to applying for the elevate61 US Tour (details below).

THE US TOUR
Selected startups who have completed the Workshop program (detailed above) will be taken on a tour to three key entrepreneurial US hubs: Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York.
Through a program of workshops, seminars and events, selected startups will hear from, meet and interact with a range of US-based entrepreneurs, investors, advisors and global corporations.
The US tour provides a first-hand experience to the US funding landscape, and will develop a startup’s ability to approach and sell to enterprise buyers, as well as build extensive networks of potential advisors, clients and investors.
The tour has been designed for post-seed funded, technology enabled, enterprise startups who are currently experiencing or preparing for rapid growth in Australia and are ready to expand to the US market.
How to apply:
Pre-requisites: Completion of the Workshop program (details above). Based on the participation and performance of the startup at the Workshop, prospective startups will be selected to attend an interview with an independent judging panel for participation in the US tour.
US tour dates: 2nd to 12th April 2017
US tour fee: AUD$10,000 + GST per company (maximum of 2 company representatives) (fee excludes travel-related expenses, such as airfares and accommodation)
