A proven practitioner with more than 25 years business experience and prior to returning to Australia, spent 16 years in the US in both client side and consultancy roles. This included 10 years with a major US based global retailer developing strategies to increase customer profitability, transaction frequency, margins, omnichannel customer engagement and ecommerce optimisation. In addition I have been a founder of several start ups and an adviser to several equity companies. I am currently a principal of Prediktiv Thinking working with an impressive client roster including major multinationals in telco, automotive, retail, FMCG, airlines and financial services with past assignments including corporations such as Gymboree, Optus, Carlson Marketing Group, Ford Motor Co, Price Waterhouse and Computer Power Group. I can quickly cut to the heart of any business challenge and am adept at fast growth environments, turnarounds, alleviating business pressure points, pitching the big idea and following through to implementation and
measurement. I am absolutely data centric but still able to facilitate the creative process
