CancerAid is a first-of-its-kind tool that helps anyone diagnosed with cancer navigate through each stage of their cancer journey, receive care remotely and reduce the isolation of illness. The company was selected to participate in the 2017 elevate61 program, a program designed to enable high performing Australian businesses to fast track their growth into the United States and beyond, presented by Advance and KPMG Australia.
On World Cancer Day they appeared on the Today Show to talk about their app and the emotional impact of managing cancer, check out the video below:
The article Aussie-made smartphone apps the new heart of healthcare on news.com.au highlighted the exciting news that CancerAid was now the number one cancer app on the App Store in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
The Sydney Morning Herald published an article Sydney doctor duo aim to improve patient care worldwide through CancerAid app outlining the impact cancer has on patients as well as caregivers and family members, and how CancerAid is helping to support and connect everyone affected by a diagnosis.
